1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at vascentral.com (the “Site”) and services provided by Vasectomy Central (“we,” “us,” or “our”) as of the effective date listed below. By accessing or using the Site and/or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site and/or services.
2. Services Provided
Vasectomy Central provides scalpel-free vasectomy procedures at our locations in Red Deer and Calgary, Alberta, Canada, performed by qualified medical professionals. Our services include pre-procedure consultations, the vasectomy procedure itself, and post-procedure care instructions and support.
3. Appointment Booking and Payment
Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, by phone, or by contacting our Patient Care Navigator at patientnavigator@vascentral.com.
4. Medical Disclaimer
The content provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition. The use of any information on the Site is solely at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Vasectomy Central and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of such content without our express written consent.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vasectomy Central, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site or services, including but not limited to any loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vasectomy Central, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or any actions arising out of your use of the services provided by Vasectomy Central.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta, Canada.
10. Changes to Terms
Vasectomy Central reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and/or services following such changes shall be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Fees
Vasectomy Central charges a fee of $200.00 +GST for items and services not covered by Alberta Health, such as the Post-Vasectomy Wound Care Package, medications and blocked fee. Additional fees may apply in specific circumstances, such as for patients without valid Canadian health coverage or those who have had a vasectomy reversal. Payment of a fee is not a prerequisite to accessing covered services at Vasectomy Central so long as proof of Canadian health coverage is demonstrated. Specifically, the post-op package included the following:
- High quality reusable ice pack
- Tylenol #3 tablets
- Tylenol 500mg Tablets
- Post-operative scrotal support
- Post-operative wound care and dressing
- Sterile semen analysis container
- Blocked fee for any required Third-Party forms related to the procedure
- A doctor’s sick note
- Post-op hypoglycemia prophylactic treatment (cookies and pop)
- Sourcing & Handling fee
Should a patient opt-out of this package, he is required to obtain items #1 ,3, 4, 5, 6, 9 shown above prior to attending the vasectomy appointment. For Item #4, we require briefs, not boxer briefs. Failure to obtain the above items prior to the vasectomy appointment will result in cancellation of the appointment and associated cancellation fees. In addition, a sick note is available upon request for a fee of $75.00 +GST. Third-party forms start at $250.00 +GST per form. A prescription for Tylenol #3 will be given at the time of the appointment.
For those who do not have valid Canadian health care or have had a vasectomy reversal, the vasectomy is not covered by Alberta Health and costs $950.00 + GST. A non-refundable $200.00 +GST deposit is due at the time of booking.
Vasectomy Central reserves the right to change the fees described above without warning.
13. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled vasectomy procedure or failure to show up for the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $200.00 + GST. A non-refundable $200.00 + GST deposit will be required for rebooking, which can be applied towards the Post-Vasectomy Wound Care Package or other uninsured services.
